Cyclic Chaos will create an amazing sonic environment and also be quite a spectacle - to experience nearly 40 musicians perform detailed transcriptions of the Western Warbler, Golden Whistler, Western Whipbird, Grey Butcherbird, Kookabura, Magpie, KingFisher, Cicadas, Crickets, Bullfrog, False Western Froglet, Glauert's Froglet, Slender Tree Frog, Tschudi's Froglet and everybody’s favourite… the Motorbike Frog. Pippin has organised the sounds to follow a seasonal cycle and density, pitch and volume.
Pippin Kenworthy is a talented composer, guitarist, producer and sound engineer from Perth, Australia. His music does not fit easily into a single style or genre. His innovation and willingness to break the rules is built on a firm grounding both classical and avant-garde music. There is no area of music Pippin is not willing to investigate; no style of composition he is not ready to engage with and extend. |
